Gym Rules:
Gymnast:
-NO chewing gum on the gym mats
-NO laughing at other gymnasts (BE SUPPORTIVE)
-NO goofing off or cutting line (TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY)
-NO flipping without an instructor present or permission to do so
-NO talking back to the instructors
-Cannot say the word “CANT”
-Always listen and do as you are told (SAFETY FIRST)
-All gymnast when not in class must be supervised by an adult.
**If rules are broken, Instructors will decide on appropriate punishment.
Parents:
-Students must pay monthly dues by the beginning of class on the first day of classes each month, if not students will not be able to participate in class.
-Parents are welcome but we prefer you to only view classes the last 15 minutes of class. Parents should remain quiet while class is in session. This allows for the best one on one time with students and cuts back on distractions. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of the gym equipment while classes are in session.

-Tennis shoes or socks must be worn by all gymnasts at all times.
-Hair must be pulled back away from the face. No Jewelry allowed.
-Appropriate clothing should be worn. No cut off shirts or blue jean pants. Stretchy clothing or leotards work best.
